Step 1:
Please check that you have:
- a set of tools - (10mm spanner and a 4mm hex key)
- a set of nuts, bolts, bushes and washers for each corner of the box (as per the below photo)
Step 2:
Place a silver washer over the dome head bolt and locate into a hole on the corner of the box from the outside as per image below.
Step 3:
Place the other silver washer over the bolt from the inside of the box and screw on the thin half nut. Once done up finger tight, use the tools provided to continue tightening the nut 1/2 of a turn. The result should look like the image below.
Step 4:
Repeat this process for all four corners of the whelping box tub.
Step 5:
Place the nylon bushes into the holes in the side of the clear plastic walls from the outside. The result should look like the image below.
Step 6:
Flex the side walls slightly to allow enough room to place the nylon bush over the Dome head bolt on both sides of the whelping box tub. The result should look like the image below.
Step 7:
Place the nylon washer over the dome head bolt. The result should look like the image below.
Step 8:
Take the dome nut and tighten finger tight. Use the 10mm spanner to tighten the nut 1/2 of a turn. The result should look like the image below.
